We have expanded our production equipment in stages since 2008. Our machinery includes CNC and conventional machine tools as well as quality control equipment.
Our CNC lathe park includes automatic lathes MURATEC and TSUGAMI, machines DOOSAN (Lynx, Puma), DMG MORI (CTX 510) and GILDEMEISTER (CTX 400 E). The maximum CNC turning diameter at our plant is Ø 415 mm, and the turning length depends on the machine and reaches L 1280 mm.
Parts: sleeves, rings, pins, connectors and other repeatable turned components.
Production: repeatable series of pins, sleeves, screws, sockets and fasteners.
Capabilities: turning and additional operations with driven tools in a single setup.
Parts: shafts, sleeves, bearing shells, rings + milling with driven tools (grooves, cross holes).
Parts: longer shafts, hydraulic sleeves, valve bodies, bearing seats.

Operation: we keep machining programs in a library - subsequent batches of the same parts start from calibration without reprogramming.

The milling machines machine complex body geometries (XYZA / XYZAC). Machining ranges: 3 axes 1020×540×510 mm, 4 axes 700×700×600 mm, 5 axes Ø500×450 mm. Controls FANUC, SINUMERIK and HURCO MAX5. The milling machine park includes the five-axis machining centres Doosan DVF 5000, Doosan DVF 4000, Hurco VMX42Ui and DMG MORI CMX50U, the horizontal machining centres ENSHU JE60S and DMG MORI NHC 5000, the three-axis Doosan DNM500 and the milling machines KIMLA N1006 and KIMLA BFN1007.
Parts: precision bodies, fixtures and components requiring machining from multiple sides.
Parts: components with complex geometry produced in a limited number of set-ups.
Parts: complex bodies, moulds, optical mounts, aerospace components, structural parts made of 7075/2024 aluminium.

The machine park is complemented by BOMAR CNC band saws.
The park also includes HECKERT JAFO conventional milling machines.
Parts: large-size aluminium plates, panels, flat gaskets (Tesnit / PTFE / rubbers), engineering plastics. Oscillating knife for rubbers/gaskets, milling cutter for plastics.
Parts: electronics enclosures, mounting panels, HVAC ducts, bent steel and aluminium profiles.
Parts: large-size shafts, rings and housings for the power, railway, oil&gas and mining industries. Parts exceeding the range of CNC lathes.
Workstation: a robot handles cylindrical metal parts at the CNC lathe.
The quality control equipment includes coordinate measuring machines ABERLINK AXIOM with a range of 640 × 600 × 500 mm and ABERLINK AXIOM 900 HS with a range of 640 × 900 × 500 mm, a profile projector Microtecnica 200 × 100 × 200 mm, a surface roughness tester TESA Rugosurf 20, MITUTOYO measuring tables, class 0 gauge blocks, callipers, micrometers, length gauges and bore gauges in the range from 5 to 300 mm.
Four systems: FANUC (DOOSAN), SINUMERIK (DMG MORI), HEIDENHAIN (GILDEMEISTER), HURCO MAX5 (HURCO). Our operators work with all of them. The controls apply corrections automatically: tool wear compensation in turning, bend and springback allowance in bending, thermal compensation in milling with long cycles.
ANBI-TECH machine park in Olkusz – Olewin 50A (Lesser Poland). For parts combining several technologies (turning → milling → bending → gasket cutting) we carry out the entire production path without coordination between subcontractors.
PLEASE NOTE! We expand our machine park on an ongoing basis: in recent years we have added further five-axis machining centres, a turning automat, a cobot for tending the lathes and a second laser station, and the list keeps growing. The ranges in the table refer to individual machines – the range of the entire plant is given with each technology above. If your part is not covered by these ranges, write to us – we may already be machining it on a machine that has not yet made it onto this list.

We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. Anbi-Tech then manufactured timing screws, star wheels, drive components, bottle orienters, bottle turners and feeding components, among other items.

For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
