We manufacture custom foam gaskets from silicone foam, EPDM sponge rubber and rubber-bonded cork. We produce tapes, strips, frames and non-standard shapes from technical documentation, a DXF file, drawing, stated dimensions or supplied sample.
We offer gaskets made from EPDM foam rubber, silicone foam and rubber-bonded cork. EPDM sponge rubber is weather-resistant, while silicone foam normally operates from approximately -60°C to +230°C, with special grades up to approximately +270°C. Components can be made without adhesive or with adhesive on one or both sides.
Parameters depend on the selected material. Silicone foam has a density of 200-600 kg/m³, while BCC130D EPDM sponge rubber is approximately 130 kg/m³. For silicone foam, the availability of approvals including UL 94 V-0, EN 45545-2 and NFPA 130 is confirmed for the specific grade, thickness and colour.

Closed-cell foam has cells that are isolated from one another, limiting the passage of air and moisture. For sealing applications, material selection should take account of the operating conditions and required level of sealing.
BCC130D EPDM sponge rubber has a closed-cell structure. The availability of a specific format, thickness and adhesive variant should be confirmed before ordering.
The choice depends on the operating temperature, required level of sealing, compression force, operating environment and contact with the medium. Cell structure is one selection criterion, so the material should be specified for the particular application.
EPDM sponge rubber and rubber-bonded cork may be available without an adhesive layer or with adhesive on one or both sides. The adhesive is selected according to the substrate, operating temperature, moisture and installation method.
To manufacture a gasket, you can provide a technical drawing, CAD documentation, DXF file, dimensions or a supplied sample. The enquiry should also state the material and operating conditions of the component.

For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
