Machining technologies: 3- to 5-axis CNC milling for enclosures and mounting panels, turning of brass, copper and aluminium for contacts, bushes and guides, sheet cutting and CNC bending for enclosures and panels using a 3100 × 1700 × 350 mm CNC plotter for aluminium and plastics only, plus a 50-tonne AMADA press brake, colour anodising to the customer’s colour specification, coordinated through partners, and laser marking.

We carry out laser marking and engraving in-house: fibre laser marking for components, with a 120 x 120 mm working area, and fibre laser plus 40 W diode laser engraving with a 170 x 170 mm working area and fourth axis. We coordinate colour anodising and polishing through partners.
Packaging to customer requirements may include anti-corrosion mesh, interleaving sheets, anti-corrosion bags and separators.
ANBI-TECH coordinates the complete component production process, so the customer receives a finished part that meets the specification.

Yes. Cu-ETP copper (M1E, UNS C11000, electrical conductivity >100% IACS) is used for busbars and busbar trunking. We turn and mill copper on CNC machining centres. We also machine brass for electrical contacts. A material manufacturer’s 3.1 certificate is available for selected materials.

Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks.
