Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing
of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing

Your personal data and the data of your representatives will be processed for the purpose of carrying out commercial transactions, presenting quotations and meeting legal requirements pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the Regulation.
In addition to the above purpose, your personal data, primarily your name and contact details, may be used by us to send occasional correspondence, such as seasonal greetings, or to contact you about promotions concerning our products or services. The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, namely our intention to maintain our relationship, build a positive image of Anbi-Tech sp. z o.o. and market our products or services.
We disclose your personal data and the data of your representatives to employees, business partners and entities with which we cooperate to fulfil and settle an order, such as providers of postal, courier, accounting, IT, legal and debt recovery services. The data may also be disclosed to entities authorised under specific laws to request access to and process your personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
Your personal data and the data of your representatives will be retained for 6 years after the completion or settlement of commercial transactions or expiry of the limitation period, as well as after all guarantees and statutory warranties relating to the performance of the contract/order have expired.
You and your representatives have the right to:
a. access your personal data,
b. rectify your personal data,
c. erase your personal data,
d. restrict the processing of your personal data,
e. withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data if you previously gave such consent and your data is processed on that basis,
f. data portability,
g. object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.
Irrespective of the above, you and your representatives have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, namely the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, at the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you or your representatives infringes the GDPR.
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will make it impossible to perform the contract/order.
Your personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling, in a manner that could result in decisions being made through such automated processing.
Your data and the data of your representatives are obtained directly from you, from enquiries, orders and commercial quotations, from our counterparties and business partners, and from publicly available sources.
Where your data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. A statement withdrawing consent to personal data processing may be sent to the address specified in section II.
The Controller uses video surveillance to protect property and ensure the safety of persons present within the monitored premises. The legal basis for processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation. Video surveillance recordings will be retained for 30 days.

We will process your personal data:
1. to conduct the recruitment process on the basis of the employer’s entitlement under Article 22¹ of the Labour Code, covering your name, date of birth, place of residence, correspondence address, education, professional qualifications and employment history. The legal basis for processing the above personal data is a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
2. to conduct the recruitment process on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data other than the data indicated above, provided in your CV, form, covering letter and other documents. The legal basis for processing is that consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
3. to pursue the Controller’s legitimate interest with respect to data obtained from you during the recruitment process in connection with assessing the skills and abilities required for the position specified in the job advertisement. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
4. to pursue the Controller’s legitimate interest where there is a legal need to demonstrate facts and prove that obligations have been performed, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
5. to conduct future recruitment processes on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data provided in your CV, form, covering letter and other documents. The legal basis for processing is that consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
1. to the extent specified in points III.1, III.2 and III.3, your data will be retained for the time necessary to conduct this recruitment process,
2. to the extent specified in point III.4, your data will be retained for the limitation period applicable to claims under the law and for any period during which the law requires us to retain the data,
3. to the extent specified in point III.5, your personal data will be retained until the consent given for this purpose is withdrawn, but for no longer than
9 months from the date on which consent was given.

Content from Google servers. The website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, the home page embeds a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and the contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When this content is displayed, the browser connects to Google servers, which receive the IP address and information about the browser. YouTube stores cookies only after the video is played, and Google Maps may store its own cookies. Google’s processing of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
