The scope covers components requiring high machining accuracy, repeatability and compliance with the customer’s technical specification. Quality control is supported by full traceability, measurements using an ABERLINK Axiom CMM and FAI reports.

Materials confirmed for components in this sector are 316L stainless steel, Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium, PEEK polymer and POM plastic. The required grade and material documentation are specified in the order specification.

The scope covers 11 groups of components: diagnostic equipment components, medical equipment enclosures, laboratory and peristaltic pump components, precision bushes and adaptors, probe holders, dosing system components, parts for non-invasive surgical devices, fastening and mounting components, handles, bodies and enclosures, endoscope bodies and eyepiece heads and instrument tips with forked geometry.

Materials for medical components

Which materials and technologies do we use for components in the medical sector?

The confirmed scope covers four material groups: 316L stainless steel, Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium, PEEK and POM. The specific grade is selected from the drawing and order specification.

We coordinate passivation and polishing through partners. Our in-house machining includes 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling and turning with driven tooling.

Technology Confirmed range
3-axis milling 1020 × 540 × 510 mm working envelope
4-axis milling 700 × 700 × 600 mm working envelope
5-axis milling Ø 500 × 450 mm working envelope
HSC machining 1000 × 500 × 400 mm, aluminium and plastics only
CNC plotter 3100 × 1700 × 350 mm, aluminium and plastics only

Quality system and traceability

How do we document component quality?

ANBI-TECH’s management systems cover PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 45001:2024. These are not medical certifications.

  • full material traceability,
  • an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate on request and at additional cost,
  • FAI reports and inspection reports according to the order scope,
  • measurements using an ABERLINK Axiom CMM,
  • PPAP, CPK, SPC, VDA or MSA documentation if required by the order specification.

ANBI-TECH does not hold ISO 13485 certification or FDA registration. We do not produce implants or invasive instruments. This page covers components for diagnostic and laboratory equipment and non-invasive devices. More information about the management system is available in our quality policy.

Machining processes and quality control

How are machining and quality control carried out?

  • 3-, 4- or 5-axis CNC milling and turning with driven tooling,
  • passivation and polishing coordinated through partners,
  • full material traceability and an EN 10204 3.1 certificate on request,
  • measurements using an ABERLINK Axiom CMM, FAI reports and measurement reports according to the order,
  • PPAP, CPK, SPC, VDA or MSA documentation if required by the specification,
  • individual packaging in accordance with customer requirements.

The service scope does not include ISO 13485 certification, FDA registration, implants or invasive instruments. Information about our in-house processes is available on the CNC machiningpage, while inspection principles are described in our quality policy.

Medical component production at ANBI-TECH

How should I prepare a component enquiry?

  1. Send a drawing, model or technical documentation. You can attach a PDF, DXF or STEP file.
  2. State the material, batch quantity, measurement requirements, quality documentation and packaging method.
  3. We will agree the milling or turning scope and the passivation and polishing processes carried out by partners.
  4. The scope of FAI reports, CMM measurements and the material certificate will be defined in the order.
  5. Finished components will be individually packed in accordance with customer requirements.

If no CAD model is available, the starting point may be a physical component, sample or technical documentation. ANBI-TECH coordinates the complete component production process to deliver a finished part that meets the specification.

FAQ - ISO 13485

It is an international standard specifying quality management system requirements for the design and manufacture of medical devices. Certification confirms that such a system has been implemented. The standard is intended to help medical device manufacturers and suppliers provide repeatable design, manufacture and delivery of products that are safe for their intended use, meet regulatory requirements and manage risk. It also facilitates access to markets in different countries.

Customer reviews

Customer references

We publish references we have received and reviews from the ANBI-TECH business profile on Google Maps. The English versions are faithful translations of the Polish originals.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Anbi-Tech as a reliable and professional partner in machining and in manufacturing parts for the pharmaceutical industry. This is the third company where I have had the pleasure of working with Anbi-Tech, and the cooperation has been of the highest standard every time.

The pharmaceutical industry is exceptionally demanding: precision, on-time delivery, material quality and a full understanding of the customer’s needs all matter. Anbi-Tech has repeatedly proved that it is very well suited to this environment. The company has manufactured change parts, spare parts, filling needles, conveyor screws, components for dispensing powders and liquids, and many other production components for us.

The quality of the parts deserves particular recognition, whether they are made from 316L and 304 stainless steel or plastics such as POM, polyurethane and polycarbonate. The components are manufactured to a very high standard, with close attention to accuracy and detail, which is crucial in our industry.

Anbi-Tech has literally ‘saved our skin’ on many occasions in emergencies where time, a rapid response and a flexible approach to the customer mattered. A major strength of the company is its modern machinery, which enables it to complete even highly demanding projects while maintaining the highest standard of workmanship.

The people are equally important: the company’s staff always show complete commitment and a willingness to cooperate and provide technical support. Their extensive experience, professionalism and collaborative approach to customers are clear to see.

In pharmaceuticals, the ‘paperwork’, meaning certificates, is also important. The certificates have never been questioned during customer or regulatory audits, for example by GIF.

I strongly recommend working with Anbi-Tech to any company looking for a proven, reliable and quality-focused technical partner.

Dariusz Stachowicz, Senior Maintenance Manager, Polfa Warszawa S.A.

We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. Anbi-Tech then manufactured timing screws, star wheels, drive components, bottle orienters, bottle turners and feeding components, among other items.

A major advantage is the end-to-end approach, from analysis and design through to the manufacture of finished components. Their considerable technical experience, precision and ability to solve unusual problems are clear. I recommend them.

Bartłomiej Ć, Specialist, ORLEN

We work with Anbi-Tech to manufacture parts and technical components for our projects. We value them above all for their workmanship, on-time delivery and excellent communication. When requirements are unusual, they can advise us and find a solution instead of simply manufacturing a part from a drawing. A reliable partner that I am happy to recommend.

Marek P., Production Manager, Triccor

A reliable company with extensive experience! They manufacture parts from steel, aluminium and specialist plastics such as POM and PTFE. Every service, whether turning, milling or CNC cutting, is carried out perfectly and with attention to the smallest detail. Excellent communication, professional advice and consistently on-time delivery. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable components.

Send us your project for a quotation

PDF or DXF drawing, or a 3D model

For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.

If the project combines several operations, we will agree the scope of machining, inspection, assembly and processes carried out by partners.
