ANBI-TECH produces 7 groups of components for the rail sector using 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling and CNC sheet bending. Materials include structural steel, aluminium and stainless steel. Welding is subcontracted, while anodising and powder coating are coordinated through partners.
For railway components, we machine structural steel, aluminium and stainless steel using 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling. The working envelopes of these configurations are 1020 × 540 × 510 mm, 700 × 700 × 600 mm and Ø 500 × 450 mm respectively.

The Amada HFE-M2-5012 EVO press brake has 7 CNC axes, a pressing force of 50 tonnes and a bending length of 1000 mm. The declared maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm.

For the rail industry, we machine EN AW-6082 and EN AW-5083 aluminium. Structural steel and stainless steel are also listed for this sector.
We subcontract welding to an external partner. The partner’s required qualifications are confirmed for each order, while anodising and powder coating are coordinated through partners.

We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
