We offer rubber sheets in 5 basic types: SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber – general purpose), NBR (nitrile – oil-resistant), EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber – acid-resistant and resistant to ageing and ozone), CR (chloroprene – versatile and flame-retardant), and Viton FKM (high chemical and temperature resistance).
Available formats: standard roll width 1200 mm, standard roll length 10 m; thicker sheets come in shorter rolls because roll weight does not exceed 60 kg. Thicknesses from 1 mm; we confirm the available range for the selected sheet type. Standard hardness 65 ±5 Shore A. Surface: smooth or ribbed. Construction: without reinforcement or with fabric reinforcement.
We select industry approvals and certificates for the specific product and application. For contact with drinking water, we select a suitable EPDM version; before quotation, we confirm availability of the required documents from the current data sheet for the specific product.

Rubber gaskets to DIN EN 1514 and ASME B16.21 – cut on a KIMLA cutting plotter. Materials: NBR, EPDM and Viton. We also make rubber-metal gaskets tailored to the application.
We cut damping pads for CNC machines and compressors from SBR sheets. Thickness selected for the load and operating conditions.
Our rubber product range also includes belts. Tensile strength plus abrasion resistance. We select rubber for parts exposed to abrasion.

Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
