We have a fibre laser with a 120×120 mm working area, vibratory barrels with capacities from 35 to 200 litres, Atom presses, screwdrivers, drills and tapping machines for mechanical assembly.
We coordinate special coatings with partners only for parts manufactured by our company. The scope includes anodising, electroplating, thermochemical treatment, PTFE coating and painting.
Special coatings complement CNC machining and give parts additional properties – corrosion and wear resistance, low friction or an aesthetic finish. We coordinate the following with partners:

We use laser marking to identify production runs, batch numbers, QR codes, logos and technical descriptions. The process creates a permanent, legible mark in the material’s surface layer.
At the customer’s request, we assemble, screw together, press-fit, put together and secure parts to design drawings. We carry out assembly from parts made by our company as part of a full order service, and also assemble products from additional components supplied directly by the customer.
We have Atom presses, screwdrivers, drills and tapping machines. We also offer PEM insert installation: threaded and expansion inserts, nuts, bushes, screws and threaded studs installed on presses.

Special packaging: individual packaging of precision parts to customer requirements – corrosion-inhibiting meshes, interleaves, anti-corrosion bags and separators. We protect parts according to transport and further-assembly requirements.
