We agree the scope of material documentation for the specific grade and order. We work in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 45001:2024. We agree quality documentation, including PPAP, to the scope required for the particular order. Dimensional inspection is supported by an ABERLINK Axiom CMM, Microtecnica projector and TESA roughness tester.
Partners carry out anodising, hard anodising, tin plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, hardening, nitriding, blackening, PTFE coatings, painting, passivation and polishing. After receiving a DXF or STEP drawing and the requirements for material, quality documentation and finish, we will propose the grade, semi-finished form and machining method.

ANBI-TECH provides CNC machining for five main metal groups: aluminium, structural and alloy steels, stainless steels, copper and bronzes, and Grade 5 titanium as a supplementary material. Machining includes CNC turning, 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling, and cutting on CNC routers. Detailed lists of grades and material properties are available on the dedicated subpages for each metal group.
In CNC turning, the maximum machining diameter is up to Ø 415 mm. The 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling centres have working envelopes up to 1020 × 540 × 510 mm, 700 × 700 × 600 mm and Ø 500 × 450 mm. KIMLA routers with working areas up to 3100 × 1700 × 350 mm are used to machine large aluminium plates.
A quotation is prepared from DXF or STEP technical documentation together with the requirement specification. The enquiry should specify the required material grade, manufacturing tolerances, batch size and need for heat treatment or surface coatings. The scope of quality documentation, including CMM measurement reports or the PPAP procedure, is agreed individually to meet the particular order requirements.

We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. Anbi-Tech then manufactured timing screws, star wheels, drive components, bottle orienters, bottle turners and feeding components, among other items.

For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
