We supply flange gaskets to two principal standards: DIN EN 1514-1 for European DIN/EN flanges up to PN 63, and ASME B16.21 for non-metallic gaskets used with ASME/ANSI flanges. We cut them from sheets up to 1500 mm wide on KIMLA routers.
Dimensions: DN 10-1500 for DIN and NPS 1/2-60 for ASME. Standard thicknesses: 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and 4 mm. We select the thickness according to the material, medium, temperature, pressure, flange geometry and bolt load. IBC form, with the gasket between the flanges.
Materials: Donit Tesnit BA-202 for oils and up to +180°C, Gambit AF as a general-purpose material, Grafilit for steam and up to +550°C under oxidising conditions, Doniflon PTFE for chemical applications, MICALIT with mica and an AISI 316L stainless steel insert up to +950°C, and NBR, EPDM and Viton rubber.
We offer flange gaskets in three main geometric forms:
The operating parameters of gasket sheets do not correspond directly to the flange PN rating. Gasket material and thickness are selected according to the medium, temperature, operating pressure, flange geometry, bolt load and required tightness.
Confirmed material parameters:
For high-pressure applications, the metal or semi-metallic gasket is selected individually according to the flange standard and class, medium, temperature, load and required tightness. The available designs are described on the page Spiral wound gaskets.
Selection by medium:
The material table on the page provides the full operating parameters for each sheet, including temperatures and pressures: Flat gaskets.
Donit BA-202 for fuels and installations subject to lower loads. Grafilit for steam and furnaces. Doniflon PTFE for chemical applications.
Grafilit SL for steam at 100 bar, and Grafilit SP up to +550°C under oxidising conditions at 200 bar. MICALIT for furnace and superheated-steam applications. We confirm the required approvals for the specific sheet when you enquire.
We select Donit BA-CF and Gambit AF family sheets for the medium and operating conditions. DVGW approval and drinking-water documentation are confirmed for the specific grade on request. EPDM rubber for water installations.
Physiologically inert Doniflon PTFE for production lines. Steam-sterilisable expanded PTFE (e-PTFE) for CIP/SIP. EPDM/NBR rubber as base materials.
We manufacture gaskets to the following standards:

Provide the DN, PN, material and quantity for a quotation. Non-standard dimensions require a drawing.

The key data are: 1) flange type, DIN or ASME, 2) DN and PN, or Class, 3) chemical medium, 4) temperature and 5) pressure. With this information, we select the material and dimensions according to the selection guide.
DIN/EN flanges are European and are designated by DN and PN. ASME flanges are American, are often also described as ANSI, and are designated by NPS and Class (150/300/600/900/1500/2500). Different dimensions and bolt-hole patterns mean that the gaskets are not interchangeable.
We dispatch gaskets in typical DIN and ASME dimensions made from standard materials within 24 to 72 hours, provided the sheet is in stock. Non-standard dimensions and specialist materials require a longer lead time, which we confirm with the quotation because it depends on material availability and the current production workload. For urgent orders, we assess whether an earlier delivery is possible.
RTJ (Ring Type Joint) gaskets are custom-made metal rings. The R variant may have an oval or octagonal cross-section, while RX and BX variants are selected for the corresponding groove and flange class in accordance with ASME B16.20. More information: Spiral wound gaskets.
We manufacture gaskets to order. If an enquiry also includes a flange, bolts or nuts, the possible scope of supply must be confirmed individually. ASTM A193/A193M covers bolting materials for high-temperature or high-pressure service, while ASTM A194/A194M covers nuts for these applications. The selection of grades, including B7 and 2H, depends on the project requirements and operating conditions.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Anbi-Tech as a reliable and professional partner in machining and in manufacturing parts for the pharmaceutical industry. This is the third company where I have had the pleasure of working with Anbi-Tech, and the cooperation has been of the highest standard every time.
The pharmaceutical industry is exceptionally demanding: precision, on-time delivery, material quality and a full understanding of the customer’s needs all matter. Anbi-Tech has repeatedly proved that it is very well suited to this environment. The company has manufactured change parts, spare parts, filling needles, conveyor screws, components for dispensing powders and liquids, and many other production components for us.
The quality of the parts deserves particular recognition, whether they are made from 316L and 304 stainless steel or plastics such as POM, polyurethane and polycarbonate. The components are manufactured to a very high standard, with close attention to accuracy and detail, which is crucial in our industry.
Anbi-Tech has literally ‘saved our skin’ on many occasions in emergencies where time, a rapid response and a flexible approach to the customer mattered. A major strength of the company is its modern machinery, which enables it to complete even highly demanding projects while maintaining the highest standard of workmanship.
The people are equally important: the company’s staff always show complete commitment and a willingness to cooperate and provide technical support. Their extensive experience, professionalism and collaborative approach to customers are clear to see.
In pharmaceuticals, the ‘paperwork’, meaning certificates, is also important. The certificates have never been questioned during customer or regulatory audits, for example by GIF.
I strongly recommend working with Anbi-Tech to any company looking for a proven, reliable and quality-focused technical partner.
Dariusz Stachowicz, Senior Maintenance Manager, Polfa Warszawa S.A.
We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. Anbi-Tech then manufactured timing screws, star wheels, drive components, bottle orienters, bottle turners and feeding components, among other items.
A major advantage is the end-to-end approach, from analysis and design through to the manufacture of finished components. Their considerable technical experience, precision and ability to solve unusual problems are clear. I recommend them.
Bartłomiej Ć, Specialist, ORLEN
We work with Anbi-Tech to manufacture parts and technical components for our projects. We value them above all for their workmanship, on-time delivery and excellent communication. When requirements are unusual, they can advise us and find a solution instead of simply manufacturing a part from a drawing. A reliable partner that I am happy to recommend.
Marek P., Production Manager, Triccor
A reliable company with extensive experience! They manufacture parts from steel, aluminium and specialist plastics such as POM and PTFE. Every service, whether turning, milling or CNC cutting, is carried out perfectly and with attention to the smallest detail. Excellent communication, professional advice and consistently on-time delivery. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable components.

For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
If the project combines several operations, we will agree the scope of machining, inspection, assembly and processes carried out by partners.
