We specialise in PA-6 CNC machining. We turn and mill PA-6, PA66 and PA6G components supplied as rods, plates, sheets and tubes, in both unreinforced grades and grades modified with fillers. Polyamide machines well, allowing tight dimensional tolerances and high surface quality.
The full list of trade names and the legal notice are given in the Polyamide trade names section. We machine extruded PA-6, cast PA-6G, glass-fibre-reinforced PA66-GF30, and grades with molybdenum disulphide added: PA 6 + MoS2 and PA 6G + MoS2.
We produce gears, plain bearings, bushes, rollers, guides, cams, damping washers, slide strips and other precision CNC parts to technical drawings. Polyamide performs well in dynamic applications, combining mechanical strength with wear resistance and vibration damping.
We machine all main polyamide grades:
Basic properties of polyamide:
We machine gears, bushes, rollers and drivetrain components from polyamide. Resistance to petrol and solvents, together with mechanical strength, makes it suitable for components operating in fuel environments.
We produce plain bearings, rollers, slide strips, guides and gears from PA-6G and PA-66-GF30. The low coefficient of friction and wear resistance extend the service life of moving parts, especially in grades with MoS2 and glass fibre.
We manufacture slide strips, noise-damping washers, technical cams and spacers. Polyamide’s vibration damping and impact strength make it suitable for parts used under dynamic loads. We also make polyamide parts for the paper industry.
Oilamid® – PA-6G polyamide modified with oil and solid lubricant – is machined into parts requiring self-lubrication: plain bearings in emergency operating conditions, components without access for servicing, and mechanisms with limited maintenance.

Polyamide (PA-6, PA-66, PA-6G), also known as nylon, is an engineering plastic made by polymerisation. It combines good mechanical properties, tensile strength, wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. Important advantages of polyamides include shape stability at elevated temperatures and resistance to petrol and solvents. At ANBI-TECH, we machine polyamide on CNC lathes and 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines: we turn bushes, gears and shafts, and mill structural components and guides.
Polyamide is sold under many trade names. We machine material available under the names: Nylon polyamide, Ertalon®, Nylatron®, Tecamid®, Sustamid®, Zytel®, Tarnamid®, Boramid polyamide, Okulen polyamide and Oilamid®.
PA-6 (extruded) has high impact strength but, compared with cast PA-6G and PA-66 polyamide, lower wear resistance, relatively higher water absorption and lower dimensional stability. It is a general industrial choice for applications with high impact loads.
PA-66 has higher mechanical strength, rigidity, hardness and wear resistance than PA-6. It is often used for sliding components. The physical properties of PA-66 are similar to those of PA-6G.
PA-6G (cast) is produced by polymerisation in casting moulds. Compared with extruded PA-6, it has better physical properties, higher compressive and tensile strength, greater maximum rigidity and hardness, and improved wear and abrasion resistance.
PA + MoS2 (molybdenum disulphide) – this additive increases wear resistance and improves sliding properties without reducing impact strength or fatigue resistance. Used in PA-6 and PA-6G.
PA-66-GF30 (30% glass fibre) – compared with unreinforced PA-66, it has better tensile and compressive strength, greater rigidity, higher dimensional stability and a continuous operating temperature up to +120°C while retaining very high wear resistance.
PA-6G-WS – a heat-stabilised polyamide that counteracts thermo-oxidative wear caused by temperature. Compared with pure PA-6G, it has higher thermal-ageing resistance and permits continuous operation up to +120°C.
Oilamid® – an innovative engineering plastic with internal lubrication, made by modifying PA-6G with oil, solid lubricant and stabilisers. Oilamid® has the highest wear resistance among the polyamide grades we machine.
Zytel® is a registered trademark of Celanese, which acquired the brand from DuPont in 2022. The remaining names belong to their manufacturers and are used solely for information purposes.
Yes. We machine polyamide on CNC lathes and 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines. Polyamide machines well, allowing us to achieve tight dimensional tolerances and high surface quality. We machine PA-6, PA-66 and PA-6G, as well as modified grades with MoS2, glass fibre and Oilamid.
PA-6 (extruded) has high impact strength and general-purpose applications. PA-66 has higher mechanical strength, rigidity and hardness and is used for sliding components. PA-6G (cast by polymerisation in moulds) has the highest compressive and tensile strength, the greatest rigidity and hardness in this group, and improved wear resistance.
We offer polyamide as rods, plates, sheets and tubes, and machine parts to technical drawings. Alongside standard PA-6, PA-66 and PA-6G, we work with modified grades: PA-6 + MoS2 (molybdenum disulphide), PA-66-GF30 (30% glass fibre), PA-6G + MoS2, PA-6G-CC, PA-6G-WS (heat-stabilised), and Oilamid® (with internal lubrication).
Gears, plain bearings, bushes, conveyor rollers, slide strips, guides, cams, damping washers and spacers. Polyamide performs well in automotive applications because of its resistance to petrol and solvents, in machine building for dynamic applications, and in sliding components requiring a low coefficient of friction.
Standard PA-6 operates continuously from -30°C to +95°C. High-temperature grades, PA-66-GF30 with glass fibre and PA-6G-WS with heat stabilisation, operate continuously up to +120°C while retaining very high wear resistance.
Yes – polyamide absorbs moisture, which affects component dimensional stability. Water absorption is higher in extruded PA-6 than in cast PA-6G. For precision components requiring full dimensional stability, PA-6G or PA-66-GF30 provides greater stability.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Anbi-Tech as a reliable and professional partner in machining and in manufacturing parts for the pharmaceutical industry. This is the third company where I have had the pleasure of working with Anbi-Tech, and the cooperation has been of the highest standard every time.
The pharmaceutical industry is exceptionally demanding: precision, on-time delivery, material quality and a full understanding of the customer’s needs all matter. Anbi-Tech has repeatedly proved that it is very well suited to this environment. The company has manufactured change parts, spare parts, filling needles, conveyor screws, components for dispensing powders and liquids, and many other production components for us.
The quality of the parts deserves particular recognition, whether they are made from 316L and 304 stainless steel or plastics such as POM, polyurethane and polycarbonate. The components are manufactured to a very high standard, with close attention to accuracy and detail, which is crucial in our industry.
Anbi-Tech has literally ‘saved our skin’ on many occasions in emergencies where time, a rapid response and a flexible approach to the customer mattered. A major strength of the company is its modern machinery, which enables it to complete even highly demanding projects while maintaining the highest standard of workmanship.
The people are equally important: the company’s staff always show complete commitment and a willingness to cooperate and provide technical support. Their extensive experience, professionalism and collaborative approach to customers are clear to see.
In pharmaceuticals, the ‘paperwork’, meaning certificates, is also important. The certificates have never been questioned during customer or regulatory audits, for example by GIF.
I strongly recommend working with Anbi-Tech to any company looking for a proven, reliable and quality-focused technical partner.
Dariusz Stachowicz, Senior Maintenance Manager, Polfa Warszawa S.A.
We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. Anbi-Tech then manufactured timing screws, star wheels, drive components, bottle orienters, bottle turners and feeding components, among other items.
A major advantage is the end-to-end approach, from analysis and design through to the manufacture of finished components. Their considerable technical experience, precision and ability to solve unusual problems are clear. I recommend them.
Bartłomiej Ć, Specialist, ORLEN
We work with Anbi-Tech to manufacture parts and technical components for our projects. We value them above all for their workmanship, on-time delivery and excellent communication. When requirements are unusual, they can advise us and find a solution instead of simply manufacturing a part from a drawing. A reliable partner that I am happy to recommend.
Marek P., Production Manager, Triccor
A reliable company with extensive experience! They manufacture parts from steel, aluminium and specialist plastics such as POM and PTFE. Every service, whether turning, milling or CNC cutting, is carried out perfectly and with attention to the smallest detail. Excellent communication, professional advice and consistently on-time delivery. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable components.

For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
If the project combines several operations, we will agree the scope of machining, inspection, assembly and processes carried out by partners.
