We bolt, press-fit, assemble and secure parts in accordance with design documentation. We also provide individual packaging for finished assemblies.
We provide mechanical assembly of parts to design drawings: bolting, press-fitting, assembly and securing. Assembly can include parts manufactured by ANBI-TECH as part of a comprehensive service and additional components supplied directly by the customer.
Assembly equipment includes presses, screwdrivers, drills and tapping machines. We install inserts, bushes and studs on presses in accordance with design-drawing requirements.
Threaded and expansion inserts, nuts, bushes, bolts and threaded studs can be used for assembly. Additional components for the product are supplied directly by the customer.

We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
