Donit Tesnit BA (BA-50, BA-55, BA-U, BA-C, BA-CF, BA-GL, BA-202, BA-203, BA-Auto, BA-R, BA-R300, BA-R302), Gambit AF-1000/AF-200/AF-300/AF-OIL, Grafilit SF without an insert, SL and SP with a stainless steel insert, Doniflon, Hecker Centellen WS 3820, and MICALIT-F/P. Each grade has a specified peak and continuous temperature rating and pressure limit, up to 500 bar for BA-R302.

There is no single best gasket material because it must be selected for the operating conditions: medium, temperature, pressure and type of connection. Graphite may be used for steam, PTFE is chosen where chemical resistance matters, and EPDM may be suitable for water installations. The specific grade must be checked against the medium, limiting temperatures and pressures, and any required approvals.
For a standard flange gasket, provide the standard or flange system, nominal diameter DN or NPS, PN or Class rating, and gasket type and form. DN alone does not define a single dimension. For a non-standard gasket or one reproduced from a sample, measure the inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness. Shapes other than rings require a dimensioned drawing.

Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
