We produce machine and equipment parts from a customer drawing or model. The scope includes turning, milling and component assembly. For a quotation, specify the material, dimensions, tolerances, quantity and quality requirements.
Among the industrial sectors we serve, we produce parts for machinery, production lines, automation and robotics. Rotating components such as shafts, axles, rollers and pins are produced by CNC turning. Bodies, plates, brackets and guides are produced by CNC milling.
Materials are selected to meet the technical documentation. We machine aluminium, structural, stainless, alloy and tool steels, as well as PA-6 and POM-C plastics. The properties and available grades of plastics are described in the engineering plasticssection.
Our technology range includes turning, 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling, sheet bending, and cutting aluminium and plastics. Heat treatment, grinding, anodising and passivation are coordinated through partners. Equipment specifications are available on the machinerypage. After machining, we can also provide component assembly in accordance with the project drawing.

Machining range: CNC turning up to Ø 415 mm and conventional turning up to Ø 465 mm. 3-axis milling 1020 × 540 × 510 mm, 4-axis milling 700 × 700 × 600 mm, 5-axis milling Ø 500 × 450 mm and HSC 1000 × 500 × 400 mm for aluminium and plastics. The CNC plotter for aluminium and plastics has a working area of 3100 × 1700 × 350 mm. CNC bending: pressing force 50 tonnes, bending length 1000 mm and declared maximum sheet thickness 8 mm.

View quality controlProduction can be based on technical documentation, a customer model, a sample or a physical component. Reverse engineering enables parts to be reproduced for applications including maintenance, replacement parts, components without documentation and machine upgrades.
In your enquiry, specify the component function, material, dimensions and tolerances, quantity and quality documentation requirements. For assembly, include the project drawing and a component list. In a new project, a prototype can be the first stage of work leading to series production.

ISO 1328-1:2013 is the reference for cylindrical involute gears. It establishes a flank tolerance class system and specifies permissible deviations. It does not cover the complete gear design, so the remaining requirements must be defined in the technical documentation.
The main types include spur and helical cylindrical gears, internal gears and bevel gears. Racks and worms belong to different transmission types. Dimensions depend on factors including the module, number of teeth, pressure angle and profile shift coefficient.
Yes. ANBI-TECH provides small and medium production runs for machine manufacturers. Batch size and schedule are agreed for each project and customer requirement. For a new customer, a prototype is primarily intended for projects that lead to subsequent series production.

For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
