We provide four documents as direct PDF downloads: the ANBI-TECH technical sealing catalogue, the current system certificate covering PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 45001:2024, the GDPR information notice for business partners and the notice for job applicants. The remaining documents (3.1 inspection certificates to EN 10204, ABERLINK Axiom CMM measurement reports, MSDS sheets) are supplied with the order or on request by e-mail, where they are available for the given material or order.

Management system certificate and material documents:
The document may cover the grade, heat, chemical composition and material test results. A certificate from the material manufacturer or supplier is available on request. Issuing the certificate is chargeable and the cost is agreed during quotation. The delivery time also depends on receiving the document from the manufacturer or supplier.
Dimensional measurements to the drawing – CMM ABERLINK Axiom, Mitutoyo micrometers, ABERLINK reports and gauges. Standard for aerospace and medical applications, available on request for others.
Material safety data sheets – for adhesives, lubricants and gasket materials. Required by the customer’s Compliance / EHS department.
On request, ANBI-TECH can provide documents received from the material manufacturer or supplier, including declarations of conformity and documents concerning RoHS or REACH, if available. Conformity assessment and the declaration for the finished product are the responsibility of the entity placing it on the market.

A declaration of conformity is a document in which the manufacturer states that a product meets the legal requirements that apply to it. It is issued by the entity placing the product on the market: it carries out the conformity assessment, compiles the technical documentation and only then places the conformity marking on the product. The obligation therefore applies to the entity placing the finished product on the market, not to every manufacturer of an individual part.
Yes. A fee, agreed during quotation, is charged for issuing a 3.1 material certificate to EN 10204. The certificate comes from the material manufacturer or supplier, so we confirm its availability and delivery time for the specific material and order.

We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
