We machine PEEK on CNC lathes up to Ø 415 mm and 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines. We offer precision cutting and finishing, clean handling and protective packaging, including for components used in cleanroom and vacuum conditions.
PEEK is available as rods, plates, sheets, bushes and cut-to-size profiles.
PEEK is available in four variants: with 10% graphite, PTFE and carbon fibre; with 30% carbon fibre for wear resistance; with 30% glass fibre; and unfilled, with good mechanical and thermal strength.
We machine PEEK in the following forms:
PEEK is a semi-crystalline high-performance plastic whose structure provides high mechanical durability and shape stability under load.
PEEK combines properties that make it one of the most versatile engineering plastics for demanding applications:
PEEK is used in aerospace components because of its strength-to-weight ratio, radiation resistance and broad operating-temperature range, including piston rings and insulators where standard plastics fail.
PEEK’s chemical resistance exceeds that of most engineering plastics. Valve seats, pump parts and equipment components operate reliably in aggressive media and at high temperatures, including environments requiring steam sterilisation.
Selected PEEK grades comply with FDA and EU requirements for food contact. We also make medical-device components and sterilizable parts from PEEK. Resistance to repeated steam-sterilisation cycles is an important advantage.
PEEK performs well in gears, sliding elements, high-load bearings and bushes. Mechanical durability and a naturally low coefficient of friction extend part life even in demanding conditions, including packaging and paper machines and specialist workshop tools.

We specialise in precision CNC machining of high-performance plastics. For PEEK, we offer:
PEEK machining is demanding: the selection of tools, speed and cooling affects surface quality and dimensional accuracy. CNC technology can reduce costs while maintaining high quality and repeatability for series orders.
We manufacture all components under strict process control, in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 45001:2024.

PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is a semi-crystalline high-performance plastic in the aromatic ketone group. Its high mechanical durability and crystallinity make it suitable for the most demanding industrial sectors, from aerospace and chemicals to medicine and food-production equipment. At ANBI-TECH, we machine PEEK on CNC lathes up to Ø 415 mm and 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines, producing prototypes and series-production parts. For new customers, prototyping primarily concerns projects leading to series production.
PEEK is available under the trade names Borapeek, KETRON PEEK, SUSTAPEEK, VICTREX, TECAPEEK and KetaSpire PEEK. The trade names belong to their owners and identify material families.
PEEK’s unique properties make it useful in vehicle construction, packaging and paper machines, specialist tools, workshops and service equipment. In medicine, PEEK is used for its resistance to steam sterilisation. In chemicals, it is used for chemical resistance better than polyamide. In aerospace, it is used for resistance to radiation and high temperatures.
Yes. We machine PEEK on CNC lathes up to Ø 415 mm and 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines. PEEK machining is demanding: the selection of tools, speed and cooling affects surface quality and dimensional accuracy. CNC technology can reduce costs while maintaining high quality and repeatability.
PEEK operates continuously from -60°C to +250°C and briefly up to +310°C. It retains mechanical strength, rigidity and dimensional stability under prolonged thermal load, so it is used in aerospace, chemicals and medicine.
We offer 4 grades: PEEK with graphite/PTFE/carbon fibre (10%) for sliding and antistatic applications; PEEK with carbon fibre (30%) for high wear resistance; PEEK with glass fibre (30%) for dimensional stability; and unfilled virgin PEEK for general use, with selected grades meeting FDA and EU requirements.
Selected PEEK grades comply with FDA requirements and EU rules for food-contact materials.
PEEK has much better chemical resistance than polyamide, a higher continuous operating temperature (+250°C versus ~100°C for PA), and greater resistance to wear and radiation. It is used where PA fails, for example in steam sterilisation, aggressive chemical media and prolonged thermal load.
Typical applications include aerospace, such as piston rings and insulators; chemicals and petrochemicals, such as valve seats and pump parts; automotive, such as gears and sliding elements; medicine and food technology, including sterilisable components; oil and gas applications; packaging and paper machinery; and specialist workshop tools.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Anbi-Tech as a reliable and professional partner in machining and in manufacturing parts for the pharmaceutical industry. This is the third company where I have had the pleasure of working with Anbi-Tech, and the cooperation has been of the highest standard every time.
The pharmaceutical industry is exceptionally demanding: precision, on-time delivery, material quality and a full understanding of the customer’s needs all matter. Anbi-Tech has repeatedly proved that it is very well suited to this environment. The company has manufactured change parts, spare parts, filling needles, conveyor screws, components for dispensing powders and liquids, and many other production components for us.
The quality of the parts deserves particular recognition, whether they are made from 316L and 304 stainless steel or plastics such as POM, polyurethane and polycarbonate. The components are manufactured to a very high standard, with close attention to accuracy and detail, which is crucial in our industry.
Anbi-Tech has literally ‘saved our skin’ on many occasions in emergencies where time, a rapid response and a flexible approach to the customer mattered. A major strength of the company is its modern machinery, which enables it to complete even highly demanding projects while maintaining the highest standard of workmanship.
The people are equally important: the company’s staff always show complete commitment and a willingness to cooperate and provide technical support. Their extensive experience, professionalism and collaborative approach to customers are clear to see.
In pharmaceuticals, the ‘paperwork’, meaning certificates, is also important. The certificates have never been questioned during customer or regulatory audits, for example by GIF.
I strongly recommend working with Anbi-Tech to any company looking for a proven, reliable and quality-focused technical partner.
Dariusz Stachowicz, Senior Maintenance Manager, Polfa Warszawa S.A.
We had a very good experience working with Anbi-Tech on a new production line project for a bottling plant. Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. Anbi-Tech then manufactured timing screws, star wheels, drive components, bottle orienters, bottle turners and feeding components, among other items.
A major advantage is the end-to-end approach, from analysis and design through to the manufacture of finished components. Their considerable technical experience, precision and ability to solve unusual problems are clear. I recommend them.
Bartłomiej Ć, Specialist, ORLEN
We work with Anbi-Tech to manufacture parts and technical components for our projects. We value them above all for their workmanship, on-time delivery and excellent communication. When requirements are unusual, they can advise us and find a solution instead of simply manufacturing a part from a drawing. A reliable partner that I am happy to recommend.
Marek P., Production Manager, Triccor
A reliable company with extensive experience! They manufacture parts from steel, aluminium and specialist plastics such as POM and PTFE. Every service, whether turning, milling or CNC cutting, is carried out perfectly and with attention to the smallest detail. Excellent communication, professional advice and consistently on-time delivery. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable components.

For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
If the project combines several operations, we will agree the scope of machining, inspection, assembly and processes carried out by partners.
