Final selection depends on the drawing, dimensional requirements and order specification. State the material required by the project in your enquiry or send the documentation so that the material scope can be established for the specific component.
We coordinate anodising and hard anodising through partners, so these processes are not presented as part of our own production facilities. For each order, we establish the required finish and parameters from the specification and pass them to the partner. The enquiry should state the material, expected result and component requirements. We do not quote coating parameters that are not defined in the order documentation.

Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
