We manufacture parts from technical documentation or a physical sample. We combine turning, milling and dimensional inspection in a single order, from individual parts to production runs.
A typical project develops through approximately 5 prototypes, an initial batch of 20-50 parts and then production runs of 100, 500 or 1000 parts. This describes a cooperation model, not a fixed order threshold.
Our machinery includes CNC turning up to Ø 415 mm and 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling. HSC and the CNC router are intended exclusively for aluminium and plastics.
Inspection is supported by an ABERLINK Axiom CMM. ANBI-TECH holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 45001:2024 certificates and reports an on-time delivery rate of 98 percent.

The confirmed portfolio covers 10 groups of parts: wheels, rollers, bushes, bearing bushes, valve seats with nozzles, drive components, slide plates, scrapers, cams, and components for production lines and industrial machinery. Parts are made from metals or plastics in accordance with technical documentation or from a physical sample.
Semi-finished material families are presented in the hubs for engineering plastics and metals.

We coordinate anodising, electroplating, hardening, nitriding, black oxide coating, PTFE coatings, painting, passivation and polishing through partners. These processes are not part of our own technology base.
A part can be replicated from a physical component, sample, technical documentation or the customer’s model. Reverse engineering is supported by Geomagic and SolidWorks. An example is our project involving change parts for a bottling line.
ANBI-TECH holds 3 ISO certificates: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 45001:2024, while project documentation may include PPAP, inspection reports, CPK, SPC, VDA and MSA. A 3.1 certificate to EN 10204 is a supplier’s material document, not an ANBI-TECH certificate. Measurements are supported by an ABERLINK Axiom CMM.

To help us assess the order, provide a CAD model or technical drawing together with information about the material, tolerance requirements and planned quantity. If the documentation includes additional requirements, it is worth identifying them in your initial message. This allows the quotation to reflect the actual needs of the part.
Yes. An order can be completed in stages with partial deliveries if the arrangements with the customer allow this method of fulfilment.
We agree the lead time individually when preparing the quotation. It depends on the material, part geometry, number of operations, documentation requirements and planned quantity, among other factors. Include your required date in the enquiry so that we can assess it against the scope of work and confirm a realistic schedule.
We do not state a fixed minimum order quantity. For new customers, we primarily produce prototypes when a project is intended to lead to subsequent series production. If documentation requires confidential treatment, state this in your enquiry before sending it. The arrangements for handling documentation and the required scope of confidentiality can then be agreed individually for the project. Your message should also identify which materials or information require restricted access.

Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
